“Remembering Our Wellness” Tribute to Mental Health Awareness Month with Betsy

Welcome to Revive Ministries, this month we are “Remembering our Wellness” which I feel sheds light on the fact that we as humankind have an amazing ability to forget from my experience. That thought has been one of many reasons I value facilitating my peers in support groups. It helps me remember and adopt the idea of a Journey towards Wellness, not a Destination.
