Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast. Today we continue the discussion of securing our value regarding our overall wellness. I have heard a lot of times in mental health that there is no quick fix and most treatment is very individualized, which is true from my own experience. However, the same can be said in physical health and overall health. Value plays a deep role in a client’s life in getting the help one needs.
