About the event

Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast.  Today we hold onto the same title as last year- “Remembering Our Wellness” Tribute to Mental Health Awareness Month. Remembering is a very human thing to struggle with. Mental Health has been a topic that can cause much distress amongst families and communities for years. Culturally, the significance can be overwhelming. Shame and distrust come hand in hand within some communities.

Today we start this Month not just remembering Mental Health but in wellness. To share in this discussion, I have Dr. Sweet Wilson-Williams, a new guest to share her insight on this topic.
