Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast. Today we hold onto the same title as last year--“Remembering Our Wellness: Tribute to Mental Health Awareness Month.” Remembering is a very human thing to struggle with. Mental health has been a topic that can cause much distress amongst families and communities for years. Culturally, the significance can be overwhelming. Shame and distrust come hand in hand within some communities.
