We talk about recovery and how it looks like from a family member perspective seeing a loved one suffering from Mental Illness through Covid-19. Today is Mother's day and both guests are both mothers with great insight on Mental Health. NAMI Principles of Support was discussed as a coping skill moving through this current situation amongst others.
